Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 1 day in the office, 4 days a week from home.

About The Role

The Renewal Specialist Sr. is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data, preparing proactive renewal quotes, and processing subsequent sales orders. As a Renewals Specialist I, you will get to:

  • Responsible for managing a book of business including selling and expanding maintenancerenewals by conducting research, verifying maintenance renewal data, gather pricing information, generating renewal quotations including additional revenue opportunities prior to expiration
  • Work in coordination with sales to proactively pursue maintenance renewals, develop new client leads and grow revenue by expanding Insight’s footprint within existing client environments
  • Act as point of contact to provide Insight sales teams and client representation with technical expertise, including answering questions related to the partner’s products & services, reviewing client contracts, confirming warranty coverage, and assessing the overall client environment to help drive business solutions sales. Examples include products and services, software and licensing, LifeCycle selling and OneCall offerings.
  • Coordinate meetings between sales management, inside and field sales teams, as well as drive their attendance to local manufacturer-sponsored events

What We’re Looking For

  • Two-year college degree and/or 3-5 years equivalent relevant business experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • Relevant experience with customer account services, vendor, and client relationships, including maintenance support and/or contract renewals preferred
  • Relevant experience in technology industry preferred
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clients
