About The Role
As a Renewals Specialist I, you will be responsible for reconciling client contract data and preparing timely and accurate renewal quotes. We will count on you to manage incoming requests, proactively generate quotes, and support the quoting process end-to-end. Along the way, you will get to:
- Create and convert vendor quotes using internal tools into client-facing proposals
- Generate reports and client inventory documents using partner web-based tools
- Maintain service level agreements and manage shared mailbox communications
- Work collaboratively with internal teammates to ensure smooth operations and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant business experience
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
- Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
