Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Property Listings: Prepare and present property listings, including creating compelling descriptions, photography, and marketing materials.
• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours, open houses, and virtual showings for prospective buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Transaction Coordination: Assist with all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, coordination with lenders and inspectors, and closing procedures.
