Were seeking a Remote Medical Receptionist/Admin with excellent English (C1/C2) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, process supplement refills, and update EHR
- Handle patient registration, billing, and insurance verification (if applicable)
- Communicate with patients and providers
- Perform admin tasks (data entry, digital filing, inventory updates)
- 12 yrs medical admin/healthcare support experience
- Proficient in EHR systems
- Meets strict technical requirements (Windows 10 Pro+, i5 8th Gen+, 8GB RAM, wired 50 Mbps, USB headset, HD webcam, external monitor)
- $5/hr (first 3 months) $6/hr after probation ($800$1,000/mo)
- HMO after 6 months | 100% remote
