Qualification:
- Must have 2 years experience in medical coding
- With CCS/CIC certification
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure coding is accurate and in compliance with federal regulations and payer guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, reimbursement policies, and regulatory changes.
- Assist in audits, data analysis, and reporting as needed.
- Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks established by the department.
- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
