Remedial Collections Officer

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for providing back end, operational and curing related support to maintain loan portfolio delinquency level at minimum and acceptable level.

Responsibilities

• Propose/ enforce/ monitor collection strategies/ programs/ policies.
• Recommend enhancements to credit policies.
• Provide assessment and resolution to restructuring booking, waiver, pay off, refund and other related request.
• Provide feedback to sales and credit about findings/ learning from collections.
• Ensure compliance to regulations and bank policies.
• Monitor performance of the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in collections for consumer loans/ microfinance
• People management
• Must be willing to work on Site and be assigned in Ortigas
