Job Summary
- Responsible for managing delinquent consumer loan accounts through timely, efficient and effective telephone and field collection, asset recoveries and/or other forms of loan resolution.
- Responsible for managing delinquent consumer loan accounts, primarily focused on the mitigation, reduction and resolution of assigned and endorsed Over Due Accounts (ODA) through the Department’s approved collection activities i.e. field collection, calls, SMS and emails with the goal of achieving the Preventive targets at minimal cost, pursuant to acceptable loan delinquency ratio and to income generation through recovery of bad debts and other sources as required.
- Someone with the enthusiasm to work in a banking environment, who finds the sales and accounts procedures something they're comfortable to navigate.
- Graduate of Business Management of any related course.
- With experience in handling past due consumer loans from early bucket to litigation.
