Position: Remarketing Administrator - Trade in (Intermediate)
Location: 1880 Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift

Trade In Administration
- Manage the Maxxia & Remserv Trade-in process assisting the business to increase Used
- Manage the disbursement via accounts payable process of the Trade-in purchases
- Full stock control and management of the (Traded) stock
- Maintaining the Trade In reporting suite
- Liasing with Finance companies in relation to vehicle payouts & Security releases
- Liasing with dealers for the transport logistics & Inspection Reports
- Arranging logistics for purchased vehicles as required via the nominated supplier Disposal of vehicles
- This role undertakes the development of vehicle remarketing via channels other than Auction.
- Contribute profitability of the organisation through the maximisation of sale prices of returned vehicles, by ensuring the Trade In process is adhered to in relation to the Unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) guidelines around damage to vehicles.
- Assist with initiatives to increasing yield on purchased vehicles.
Satisfactory Performance Will Be Determined By
- Timely processing of the above mentioned items
- Actively increasing vehicle trade-in volumes by meeting internal KPi’s
- Maintain stock management reporting
What You Need
Skills & Experience Preferred:
Capabilities & Behaviours
- Relationship Building - ability to successfully liaise with internal
mutually beneficial relationships which will assit in the effective
resale of vehicles.
- Planning & coordinating - is able to plan for delivery to SLA’s
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products
- Strong networking and negotiating skills - interacts effectively
selling purchased vehicles at optimum prices.
- Must be a team player with plenty of initiative and the ability to
- A high level of accuracy and a strong eye for detail
- Can focus and be disciplined to process high volumes of work
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure and time of high
- Preferred 1 year experience working in the fleet-management
- A passion for and interest in all types of vehicles
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional
