Job Qualifications:
a. Candidate must be a graduate of Business or other related four (4) year courseb. Minimum of one (1) year solid experience in handling sales in a real estate setting
c. Proficient in MS Office applications
d. Real estate experience/exposure is an advantage
e. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
f. Willing to be assigned in BGC
Duties & Responsibilities:
- . Validate accounts that was fully compliant on the requirements of Avida for commission and other service fees for release.
- Encode in commission masterfile the details and status for commission release.
- Prepare,route for approval and endorse commission transmittal with qualified accounts for commissions release General Accounting Team.
- Notify the details and status of commission to broker/Seller
- Coordinate to broker/Sellers,Sales Operations,Amicassa and finance team the findings and compliances of the accounts for commission release.
- Monitor and ensure all endorsed commission transmittal will be processed and release within the standard turnaround time
- Maintain an updated commission masterfile,seller's database and all files related to the commission processing and release.
- Provide needed assistance by the Brokers/Sellers,Sales,Marketing and Finance Team.
- Participate in the coordination meetings and discussions that affects the commission validation and processing
- Verify and request to update the status of account's payment and document compliances to the responsible units.
