RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the execution of electrical testing for the reliability sample lots in support of technology, product and assembly qualifications.
- Performed additional electrical verification for qualifying parts failing at post test.
- Update RMS in a timely manner on electrical test results
- Request on electrical test allocation on a weekly basis or as deemed necessary to EBR or production test planner.
- Support for reliability test required for qualification/evaluation and RAP (Reliability Audit Program) samples.
- Responsible for providing test result within the test and jedec window cycle.
- Collaborate with Test and Product Engineering in resolving set-up issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a 3 year-Technology course
- Preferably with extensive and hands on experience on ATE platforms.
- Can work independently
- High-disciplined and possesses positive behavior.
- Knows basic electronics, assembly process, test manufacturing operations and environmental testing.
- Possesses good electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Understand operation of test equipment
- Dependable with effective communication skills.
