Reliability Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the execution of electrical testing for the reliability sample lots in support of technology, product and assembly qualifications.
• Performed additional electrical verification for qualifying parts failing at post test.
• Update RMS in a timely manner on electrical test results
• Request on electrical test allocation on a weekly basis or as deemed necessary to EBR or production test planner.
• Support for reliability test required for qualification/evaluation and RAP (Reliability Audit Program) samples.
• Responsible for providing test result within the test and jedec window cycle.
• Collaborate with Test and Product Engineering in resolving set-up issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a 3 year-Technology course
• Preferably with extensive and hands on experience on ATE platforms.
• Can work independently
• High-disciplined and possesses positive behavior.
• Knows basic electronics, assembly process, test manufacturing operations and environmental testing.
• Possesses good electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Understand operation of test equipment
• Dependable with effective communication skills.
