Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from the website, conduct initial outreach, and schedule meetings with potential deposit clients.
• Meet with high-net-worth individuals, build relationships, and guide them through the deposit process.
• Address client concerns, provide detailed information about the bank, and ensure they feel confident in their decision.
• Drive deposit growth by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (compliance, legal, operations) to facilitate a seamless onboarding and deposit process.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products to provide the best advice to clients.
• Achieve and exceed deposit targets by utilizing strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Background in car dealerships or client-facing roles involving high-net-worth customers.
• Real estate sales experience would also be suitable
• Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or wealth management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to handle objections and effectively address client concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with a high level of persistence.
• Experience in working with time deposits, investment products, or financial services is a plus.
• Existing client network in the high-net-worth segment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
