Relationship and Account Management

• Identify sales opportunities, research requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals
• Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of sales efforts and anticipate customer needs.
• Routinely report and consult with Management regarding timelines, goals and achievements, areas of delay, and suggest areas for improvement within your scope of duties and responsibilities.
• Provide support to sales teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentations
• Coordinate activities with other departments such as Service Delivery Team and Resource Management
• Achieve sales targets using a variety of methods, such as cold calling, email marketing, answering inquiries, trade show attendance, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and understanding their unique needs and preferences
