We are looking for a Relationship Manager 1 who will help identify cases where customer sentiment and experience is at risk. The RM is customer-centric and has a high EQ to help our internal support teams better interact with our customers to gain further trust and resolve issues quickly. This role will represent our customer's mindset to our internal support teams and offer guidance/advise on how to improve customer experience. We are looking for an experienced and mature, support professional with great interpersonal and organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and who is passionate about the customer experience.

What You Get To Do

  • Supports design, implementation, and testing.
  • Performs cost/benefit/risk analysis.
  • Assists in ensuring that the methodology is compliant with information technology guidelines.
  • Works with Program Manager to identify tasks and scheduling.
  • May work closely with or delegate assignments to other members of immediate workgroup.

WHAT YOU BRING

Must Have Skills/Education for Position

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in providing Azure support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
  • Strong business-related background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
