Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the banking or financing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, financing, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to do fieldwork.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Schedule
8 hour shift
13th month salary
Performance bonus
Quarterly bonus
HMO upon regularization

- Update agent data (mobile no, email, home address, work address)
- Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits
- Keep consistent communication
- Address concerns and comments
- Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits
- Use marketing tools (social media: [ i.e. group chats, Facebook posts, linked in] online ads, telemarketing: [text, calls, emails])
- Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits
- Orientation (online, in-person), seminars
- Small to large scale events and workshops
- Collect applications from agents (Loan Consultants) and increase volume of sales production
