Role Overview

  • Provides regulatory guidance to the R&D team, including matters related to product labeling and packaging
  • Prepares regulatory documentation, such as dossiers, technical files, and submissions to the Medical & Regulatory Affairs Division
  • Coordinates with internal teams to gather required documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline processes
  • Stays updated on regulatory changes and guidelines in the Philippines and across Unilab’s Southeast Asian markets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • No prior experience required; however, 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically assess documentation, address regulatory issues, and develop effective solutions
  • Highly meticulous, with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in regulatory submissions
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within cross-functional teams
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and regulatory environments
