Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies for medicinal products, OTC drugs, and health functional products in line with local regulations.

• Build and maintain relationships with health authorities, trade associations, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintain high-quality submissions, and manage regulatory databases effectively.

• Proactively plan, strategize, and implement regulatory recovery and optimization plans.

• Collaborate with medical, marketing, and business teams to align regulatory goals with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, particularly in OTC drugs and/or health functional products.

• Strong understanding of local regulations in South Korea and expertise in dossier maintenance, compliance, and database management.

• Proven ability to independently manage responsibilities, drive initiatives, and execute plans from start to finish.

• Strong ability to establish and maintain connections with stakeholders and health authorities.

• Assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to complex regulatory challenges.

• Fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory in view of business communication.

• While not mandatory, being a Registered Pharmacist and having experience in health functional products is highly desirable.
