The Senior Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing effective regulatory strategies for the importation, trading, and retailing of medicines, cosmetics, medical devices, food and beverages, household hazardous products, and general merchandise.

The Senior Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing effective regulatory strategies for the importation, trading, and retailing of medicines, cosmetics, medical devices, food and beverages, household hazardous products, and general merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and efficient documentation to prevent delays in new store openings, while ensuring compliance with government regulations by monitoring the LTO database for smooth operations within validity dates.
- Monitor the submission and renewal of product registration applications, maintain the CPR database in line with government requirements to support continuous business operations.
- Accurately interpret FDA rules, regulations, and government directives, ensuring proper internal dissemination to promote compliance and avoid violations.
- Assist FDA personnel during new store openings and post-licensing inspections.
- Address and resolve product and customer complaints promptly to prevent crisis escalation.
- Ensure that all Own and Exclusive Brand suppliers meet regional Quality Assurance standards and comply with relevant government-mandated rules and policies in the market.
- Ability to identify future consumer trends and develop long-term commercial strategies to stay competitive in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key business support groups and store functions to improve processes and systems.
- Capacity to benchmark and adapt best practices for appropriate commercial approaches in the O+O market.
- Ability to leverage big data to identify business opportunities and drive results.
