About the Role


The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned territory. This role leads a sales team to meet KPIs, execute acquisition programs, and maintain strong client and partner relationships through effective leadership and strategic planning.


  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets and ensure execution excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the area’s market profile.
  • Set clear objectives aligned with overall company sales goals.
  • Guide and coach team members through performance reviews and growth plans.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical programs.
  • Conduct field visits and spot-checks to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely reports and insights to support business decisions.


Must haves


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, or any related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in regional or multi-area roles.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset — able to develop data-driven sales plans and respond to market trends.
  • Inspiring leadership style that motivates teams, drives performance, and fosters accountability.
