Our client is a leading direct selling company in the country in search for a senior Sales Leader based in Mindanao.
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include:
- Implementing field strategies and policies to achieve division forecasts and national objectives.
- Analyzing division and district data to maximize sales growth.
- Recruiting, managing, and leading Zone Managers, providing training, development, and motivation.
- Building a strong, high-performing sales team.
The Successful Regional Sales Manager Candidate Must Have
- A strong track record in the field given that the role will handle one of the company's key & high growth areas.
- 6 years of leadership experience handling total Mindanao
- Career progression within field sales & within the direct selling space
- Strong leadership skills through training, coaching and empowering the salesforce
