Regional Product Marketing Specialist – Food Safety (Microbiology)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
• Develop effective product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support the creation of portfolio marketing content tailored to customer segments, and with insights to ensure active demand generation.
• Deliver key market insights and portfolio analysis to global teams, shaping long-term growth and innovation strategies.
• Execute Go-to-Market strategies and regional growth plans, including new product launches and market share expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
• Manage regional product data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and business growth.
  
  

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in product marketing or product management within B2B portfolios, preferably in a regional capacity.
• Skills:
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business priorities.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
