The Regional Marketing Support Manager is an experienced marketing practitioner with significant exposure to brand management, events and activation, marketing communications, and marketing operations. He/she reports to the Regional General Manager and supervises the Marketing Support personnel across the region of assignment.
The incumbent will lead the marketing support team in bringing the brand story to life on the ground, implementing marketing strategies that support the different sales channels, and providing market information to aid in decision-making and strategy development.

Duties And Responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities
1. Regional Business, Marketing Operations, and Market Strategy
- Develop and drive effective marketing activities for the following objectives:
- On-target sales results
- Increased consumer engagement in each step of the sales funnel
- Improved regional Share of Voice
- Increased project visibility
- Maximized Regional & Territory publicity/PR in close collaboration with PR Manager
- Active homeownee/community engagement
- Trigger, review, monitor, and track territory team's compliance with brand standard marketing materials and delivery of sales teams selling tools and requirements
- Oversee allocation, supervise spending, and track/monitor yearly marketing budget for the assigned project group/territory
- Ensure the smooth implementation of various on-strat, on-ground activities and initiatives
- Oversee strategy for project group/territory digital marketing efforts through various platforms that maximize reach to increase sales conversion
- Work closely with Project Development, Territory Marketing Support personnel, and sales teams to deliver sales targets
- Facilitate the territory cascade of marketing campaigns and departmental programs
- Marketing Team Leadership
- Lead/train the MSOs in conceptualizing, organizing, and implementing marketing and sales generating events, including community engagement initiatives per territory assignment
- Develop an efficient monthly reporting and monitoring system for MSOs monthly activities i.e., marketing activations/event calendars, budget memo status and updates, post-mortem reports, competitive scans, payments and liquidations, etc.
- Ensure an accurate inventory of all marketing assets and collaterals
- Collaborate with MSOs in conducting regular competitive scans, research, and other related studies to provide market intelligence in support of the business
- Ensure that site merchandising is updated and brand standard-compliant
- People Management
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies which may include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, attendance monitoring, and training marketing staff
- Planning, assigning, and directing tasks
- Appraising performance, rewarding, counselling, and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Any task that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor Course in Business, Real Estate Management, Communications, and other related disciplines
- With a minimum of 10 years of experience, 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the real estate (residential) industry is required
- With extensice experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix. Experience in crafting and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns (real estate industry is an advantage but not required)
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Amenable to be assigned in Davao City
