Role Overview:

The Regional HRBP Manager leads the strategic and operational HR functions across multiple retail locations within the Mindanao region. This role ensures the effective implementation of core HR practicesranging from recruitment to performance managementwhile building strong partnerships with business and functional leaders to support workforce growth and operational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in general HR management across various functions including Recruitment, ER, L&D, and Performance Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management or leadership capacity.
  • Proven HR experience within the retail industry is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic HR leadership across all retail sites within the Mindanao region.
  • Act as a key advisor to regional business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, onboard, and retain talent suited for the dynamic retail environment.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies that align with company values and local workforce needs.
  • Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that KPIs and development plans are effectively implemented.
  • Design and execute learning and development programs tailored to upskill and grow regional talent.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to guide decision-making and report regional HR performance to headquarters.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in the region, fostering continuous development and operational excellence.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company-wide HR policies while adapting them to the regional context where necessary.
