Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Distributor Manager to oversee the distribution strategy and operations for our food and beverage products within the assigned region. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient product distribution, and driving growth in the regional market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in distribution management, particularly within the food and beverage industry, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Distributor Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with regional distributors to ensure efficient and effective distribution of products.
  • Sales and Performance Targets: Work closely with distributors to set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new distributor opportunities and assess competitive positioning within the region. Develop strategies to increase market share and improve distributor performance.
  • Training & Development: Provide product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to distributors. Ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their market.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries and manage stock levels with distributors to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics such as sales growth, inventory levels, and distributor feedback. Present regular updates to senior management.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by distributors, ensuring swift resolution to maintain strong relationships and minimize disruption to the business.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all distribution activities comply with local regulations and company policies, particularly regarding product safety and quality standards.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Support regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive demand for products within the distributor network.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Education: Any bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 8 years experience in food or beverage distribution management in south luzon
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including product trends and consumer preferences.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
    • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
