Job Description
- Develop Financial Strategy - Drive capital planning, advise on M&A, and lead integration of acquisitions to support aggressive growth.
- Partner with cross- functional teams to improve efficiency and profitability across multiple markets using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Optimize ERP and automate processes across finance, HR, and service delivery for scalability.
- Deliver accurate financial reports, manage audits, and maintain strong internal controls.
- Team leadership and management
- at least 10 years experience as a finance leader in the services industry; multi-field service industry experience is a plus
- must have experience in end to end M&A and fundraising activities
- open to relocation or comfortable with frequent travel outside the country
