The Regional Accounts Manager manages and grows relationships with account partners to maximize sales opportunities. They develop strategic plans, drives productivity across commodity categories, and ensures smooth onboarding of new clients. Regional Account Managers also oversees sales performance, implements action plans, and ensures successful execution of new product launches beyond store-level sales.

What You’ll Do
- Managing and penetrate Key Account (KAC) partners, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches, hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Define the strategy and take actions on how to increase productivity across a wide range of commodity categories.
- Set up short- and long-term strategy for the assigned segment and build up long term motivation scheme for KAC partners.
- Monitor sales performances in segmented dealers and propose action plans to hit targets per product and per commodity categories.
- Make sure smooth implementation in KAC and store level on every new product/project launches that is outside POS (store) business (Credit Card, Qwarta, etc)
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in retail gadget or appliances
- Experienced in business review presentations (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Good understanding of retail market and competition, possess an overview of consumer durables (CD) market
- Experience in business-to-business sales environment
- Experience in planning & executing sales or marketing strategies with results
- Willing to do field work
- Experience in B2B sales preferably from retail/electronics industry
