1. Complete and timely recruitment of quality Promoters with a retention rate of at least 80% (progressive target)
2. Complete and on-time recruitment of Regional personnel with a retention rate of at least 80% (progressive target)
3. Complete and on-time submission of all pre-employee requirements of all new employees prior to onboarding.
4. Provide accurate and on-time job offers and employment contracts for the region or area including on-time submission to HQ.
5. Complete, accurate and on-time submission of original and final employee 201 files.
6. Conduct standard, accurate and engaging New Employee Orientation for the region.
7. Complete, accurate and on-time submission of all necessary attachments and timely Coordination to Labor Relations Officer for the creation of Personal Action Notice Forms, Personal Movement Forms for Employee promotions, transfers, regularization, etc..
8. Full compliance and adherence to Employee Separation process and adherence to Labor relations officer and HR Manager’s instructions especially on matters relating to termination, including conduct of NTE, NDA, and administrative hearings.
9. Accurate monitoring and on-time coordination/ preparation of regularization, end of probationary period notices.
10. Within budget and seamless Implementation of Training programs and Employee engagement activities
11. On-time submission of resignation letters to HQ
12. Complete, accurate and on-time submission of Phone Loan Demo unit documents, Laptop Loan Documents, Other loans or financial obligations.
13. Complete, accurate and on-time submission of manpower report, recruitment report, Separated Employee Report, Infraction monitoring, Uniform inventory and distribution list including , authority to deduct, signed receiving form and other pertinent documents.
18. Monitor and log the attendance of all promoters within his area of responsibility daily and accurately through the use of the proper monitoring sheets.
19. Update Uniform Inventory daily, including but not limited to proper distribution, maintaining complete and accurate receiving forms, authority to deduct, etc.
20. Monitor and log Employees and promoters Infractions daily and accurately in the prescribed google sheet.
21. Log and monitor daily and accurately Employee and Promoter Leave Monitoring in the prescribed google sheet.
22. Compile daily and accurately Employee Pre-employment requirements (complete 201) prior to onboarding.
23. Log and monitor daily and accurately Employee and Promoter Manpower Count.
24. Create, compile and submit weekly and accurately all data relating to Mandatory Government and non-Government Loan Requests including Requirements, Vouchers to HQ.
25. Create, Compile and submit weekly and accurately all data relating to all HMO requirements, concerns, details.
26. Full Compliance to Company and Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years HR Generalist experience and is exposed to all facets of HR (recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc.)
- Amenable to work onsite
