Salary: $400–$800 per month (depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our hiring operations. If you have a keen eye for talent, strong sourcing skills, and a passion for organisation, this could be the perfect role for you!
About The Role
As a Recruitment Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our Talent Acquisition team source, engage, and track candidates for high-volume roles. You’ll be responsible for administrative recruitment tasks, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
This is a fully remote, part-time role (20–25 hours per week), working GMT hours.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach – Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques. Conduct initial outreach via email and messaging to engage potential talent.
Talent Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for high-volume positions. Ensure all sourced candidates are correctly categorised in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Screening & Shortlisting – Review resumes and applications, assessing candidates based on predefined job criteria. Conduct initial screenings via ATS questionnaires.
Job Advertising – Draft and post job ads across relevant job boards and social platforms.
Candidate Communication – Respond to general career inquiries via email, providing accurate information on roles and hiring processes.
Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews and assist with communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Administration – Ensure accurate, up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS and recruitment databases. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Philippines residency – This role is only open to candidates based in the Philippines.
Previous experience in recruitment support, sourcing, or virtual assistance within a hiring function.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search, Indeed CV Database, and job boards.
Experience screening and shortlisting candidates for high-volume positions.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably TeamTailor) or recruitment CRMs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in a behind-the-scenes support role.
Remote VA experience is a must.
Confidence using Google Workspace & Slack (or similar tools).
