Recruitment Specialist II

We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Specialist II to join our team on a day-shift schedule. This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

What You'll Do

• Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
• Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
• Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
• Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
• Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience (required)
• 1-2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
• Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
  
  

Technical Requirements

• A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
• A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
