Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator

TalentPop supports fast-growing eCommerce brands by building reliable, high-performing remote teams. We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to support our hiring efforts by keeping job postings, applications, and sourcing data organized and moving efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, tracking progress, and working closely with recruiters to support active hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms
• Track applications and candidate flow using HubSpot dashboards
• Ensure applications are reviewed, categorized, and processed on time
• Monitor weekly sourcing targets and flag gaps early
• Coordinate closely with internal recruiters and hiring stakeholders
• Provide regular reports on applicant volume and sourcing performance
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual, Administrative, or Executive Assistant
• Recruitment or HR support experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable using HubSpot, Google Workspace, and communication tools
• Availability to work US Pacific Standard Time
