- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration.
- Support employee engagement and labor relations initiatives when needed.
- Propose strategies to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration (internship or 1+ year preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
