About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team at SOUTHERN ARMS CORPORATION in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks
  • Screen and evaluate applications to assess candidate suitability for open positions
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to final hiring decision
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Maintain an organised applicant tracking system and recruitment pipeline
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, techniques and technologies

    • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple roles effectively
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
