Recruitment Manager - ASAP!

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles within the organization.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking events, and industry connections.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive practices to effectively attract and retain talent.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hiring and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- A proactive and strategic thinker, with a commitment to enhancing the recruitment function and contributing to organizational success.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Chino Roces Extension, Makati, and able to start immediately.
