Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, building employer brand awareness, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in talent acquisition, team leadership, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies that align with company goals and workforce planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators; set performance goals and provide ongoing training and development.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize a mix of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, recruitment agencies) to attract top talent.
• Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legal requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice.
• Stay informed of trends and best practices in talent acquisition and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with external recruitment partners when necessary.
