We are seeking a skilled and organized Recruitment Coordinator with a strong background in recruitment to join our team remotely as an independent contractor. In this role, you will streamline hiring processes, ensure compliance and accuracy, and drive efficiency to help secure top talent for our clients.

• Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to refine and finalize job descriptions.
• Schedule client interviews and track feedback.
• Communicate job offers to candidates and address their queries.
• Submit onboarding forms (OEFs) to the onboarding team.
• Ensure accuracy in client contracts, job offers, and onboarding documentation.
• Post job openings on the career site and notify the sourcing team about urgent positions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries from staff, sales, and client services.
