GoTeam is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will play a pivotal role in identifying and endorsing the best-fit talent, leveraging your skills to build a robust pipeline of top candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, interview, profile, and endorse top talent to support the global growth of offshore clients.
  • Conduct calibration and intake sessions with clients using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights.
  • Present talent acquisition solutions during sales discovery sessions.
  • Drive business development by supporting organic account growth. This includes conducting active searches for existing clients and providing ready-to-hire profiles to support GoTeam’s expansion.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship management.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and customize recruitment strategies.
  • Offer expert consultation on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent acquisition strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a focus on fulfilling niche, complex positions in a local, regional or global executive search firm.
  • Must have an experience with client management
  • Experience in finding talents for US and Australian companies is a plus.
  • Must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule

  • LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights expert.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to manage candidate profiles.
  • Excellent client and candidate management skills to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Robust stakeholder management abilities to navigate and align various interests within the hiring process.
