Position Purpose:
The sourcing team plays an integral role in the success of recruiting across the United States at Afni. This team oversees the top of the funnel and ensures consistent and strong app flow across all customer service, insurance services, subrogation, and receivables management roles in the United States

This team oversees the top of the funnel and ensures consistent and strong app flow across all customer service, insurance services, subrogation, and receivables management roles in the United States
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Convert Indeed leads to ADP for designated market.
- Convert started ADP leads to completed applications via email, SMS, phone calls.
- Resume-mine for relevant positions based on need across all markets.
- Review and input Buddy Bucks information for referrals.
- Review and revise applicant location listed on applications, as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift.
- Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City
- At least 6 months experience in RPO and volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
- With a demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
