What You'll Do
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage the candidate database and track application progress
Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires
Collaborate with HR team to enhance recruitment strategies
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
