Position Purpose:
The Recruitment Assistant will oversee administrative tasks like applicant tracking, Employee ID generation, agent tool profiles, etc. They will also ensure that all hires will comply with their pre – employment requirements and will be able to start on their given start date.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Pre-screen applicants on minimum qualifications prior to endorsing for interview/exam
- Create Employee ID, agent corporate tool access
- Update Applicant Tracker, Hires tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process
- Collection of pre-employment requirements
- Schedule applicants for interview/processing
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Preferably with 6 months experience in volume hiring in a BPO setting.
- With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
- Willing to work in SM Fairview
