What You'll Do
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support recruitment metrics tracking and reporting
What We're Looking For
1+ year of recruitment or HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred
