What You Will Do

  • Format and edit.
  • CVs sent by consultants.
  • Reference checks.
  • PDF files.
  • Candidate requirements (contracts, invoices, T&S agreements).
  • LinkedIn duties: Create Excel spreadsheets from LinkedIn projects.
  • Post job ads from the client’s website to LinkedIn.
  • Create Boolean searches for consultants.
  • Applicant tracking duties:
  • Add and code candidates to Bullhorn, our applicant tracking system. Check compliance per candidate. Run specific reports when requested. Upload files to candidate/client profiles.


Other Tasks

  • Assist consultants with Business Development lists.
  • Collate and interpret data (KPIs, monthly stats).
  • Assist with end-of-month and weekly reports.
  • Create invoices/contracts with the information provided.
  • Chase payments for invoices.
  • Manage the client’s LinkedIn profile and website.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Management of multiple competing priorities.
  • Efficient work processes, ability to develop tools to aid further efficiency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC. Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with an ATS/CRM database.
  • Good knowledge of job sites and the use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
