They are committed to providing personalized solutions with a rigorous screening process to ensure trust and reliability. They are looking for a full-time Recruitment Administrative Assistant who will focus on quality and professionalism—someone who is detail-oriented and loves keeping things organized.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates for nanny positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience.
- Record detailed and accurate candidate information during calls and interviews.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the agency's operations.
- Provide backup support for the owner as needed.
- Attend twice-weekly meetings with the owner to align on goals and tasks.

Rate: $5.50/hour
