Recruiting Team Lead

The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for:

• Oversee and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Builds quality relationship with internal customers such as the HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and or Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges and appropriate action to be able to deliver required service from the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their recruitment skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of total work experience in recruitment.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in People Management.
• Proven track record as a Recruitment Lead with strong leadership experience.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and candidates.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
