Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring process by screening applicants and conducting group interviews. This position is focused on evaluating candidates for fit and potential — it is not an HR role and does not handle employee relations, onboarding, or internal HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be confident in leading group discussions, and have a keen eye for identifying quality candidates quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications in WorkWolf (our applicant tracking system) and screen candidates based on job-specific criteria.
- Schedule, organize, and lead group interviews for a variety of open positions.
- Take clear, detailed notes during interviews summarizing candidate strengths, communication style, and potential fit.
- Communicate top candidates to hiring managers for follow-up interviews or next steps.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within WorkWolf.
- Assist in refining interview questions, evaluation processes, and candidate scoring methods to ensure consistency.
- Represent the company’s values and professionalism in all candidate interactions.
- Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred (agency or in-house).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in group settings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring cycles simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable navigating WorkWolf or similar ATS systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week, flexible based on interview scheduling needs.
