Position Title: Recruiter (US and Philippines)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our US and Philippines-based operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both US and Philippine labor markets and employment practices. This role involves identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for diverse roles across multiple functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for roles in the US and the Philippines using various platforms, networks, and recruitment strategies.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Job Posting and Advertising
    • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels tailored for both regions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
    • Provide guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends in the US and the Philippines.
  • Candidate Engagement
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to US and Philippine labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage the preparation and collection of employment documentation, including contracts and pre-employment requirements.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Employer Branding
    • Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
    • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both US and Philippine markets.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring across various roles and levels.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, and local job boards.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
    • Understanding of US and Philippine labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in remote or hybrid recruitment settings.
    • Familiarity with the Topgrading Methodology a plus but not required
