Role Recruiter II

Main Objectives and Duties

  • Manages Recruitment & Selection (R&S) Area
    • Ensures compliance with recruitment KPIs.
    • Organizes recruitment team activities to meet goals.
    • Ensures hiring of the right talent through appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Ensures Application and Follow-up of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures
    • Supervises day-to-day recruitment operations.
    • Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
    • Reviews and updates recruitment procedures as needed.
    • Implements enhancements to recruitment processes.
    • Recommends strategies to increase headcount.
  • Enhance Company Branding
    • Facilitates educational tours as required.
    • Coordinates with universities for placement and other school activities.
    • Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities aligned with company goals and market trends.
    • Conceptualizes sourcing collaterals.
  • Achieve ≥5% Conversion Rate
    • Monitors hires from various sourcing strategies.
    • Identifies and reviews low-yielding sourcing channels.
    • Recommends initiatives to improve productivity of underperforming strategies.
    • Enhances social networking capabilities.
Qualifications

  • Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Preferred Background Diploma in HR or related area.
