Key Responsibilities

• Source & Recruit: Find, engage, and qualify top talent for a variety of live job openings provided through the RecXchange platform.

• Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from initial outreach and screening interviews, to coordinating client interviews and closing the offer.

• Collaborative Matching: Work with a global network of fellow recruiters to share candidate leads and fill roles together efficiently (our platform makes collaboration easy).

• Leverage Technology: Utilize our platform’s built-in tools and database to track candidates, manage pipelines, and streamline workflow for multiple roles simultaneously.

• Uphold Quality: Represent our clients professionally and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each hiring process. Your recruiting expertise and integrity reflect on our recruiter-built community.
