Compensation: Base Pay + Commission (Earn C$2000/month)


Royal York Property Management is one of Canada’s leading property management firms, specializing in leasing and managing thousands of properties across Ontario. We are expanding our recruitment team and are seeking a driven Administrative Recruiter to support our hiring operations.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for motivated recruiters.

About the Role

As an Administrative Recruiter, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for administrative and support roles within our growing organization. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining a smooth and professional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for administrative, support, and operations roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Represent Royal York Property Management with professionalism and enthusiasm to all applicants.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative hiring (real estate industry experience is an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and support role profiles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
