Your Role And Responsibilities
As a recruiter, you are responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM by partnering with TA ecosystem as well as with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.
This role can also be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Extensive knowledge and deep exposure in end-to-end recruiting - sourcing, screening and selection, job matching, interview process, salary calibration and on-boarding; including client/stakeholder management.
- Extensive sourcing capability, outstanding market talent insights and capacity to penetrate untapped markets
- Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness
- Demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Tech and Excel savvy
- Exposure to both technical/IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hiring is a plus.
