The Opportunity:

ECI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles across various departments. This position requires a keen ability to identify talent, build strong relationships with candidates, and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Recruiters work to become subject matter experts on local labor market trends, candidate sources, and coach hiring managers on appropriate interviewing/selection techniques.

This is an Onsite role in Manila, PH.

What you will do:

  • Planning and Partnering
    • Partners with hiring managers to identify future and immediate headcount needs.
    • Builds and maintains effective communications and relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Conducts full cycle recruiting for all positions which includes sourcing, extending offers, negotiating, closing, and completing offer letters.
    • Develops inclusive recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
    • Maintains appropriate recruitment paperwork and updates Applicant Tracking System.
  • Sourcing
    • Posts positions onto company website and sources passive, diverse candidates.
    • Maintains and increases pipeline of candidates using databases, internet research, documentation and follow-up communication. Maintains regular contact with possible future candidates.
    • Participates in various college and career fairs at local colleges and universities and builds networks with professional organizations.
  • Screening
    • Pre-screens qualified candidates through lawful, efficient, timely, valid recruiting process and by using both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques.
    • Markets ECI as an employer-of-choice by emphasizing benefits, training and perks.
    • Articulates and describes to candidates our company and the details of the position.
    • Manages the employee referral process.
    • Minimizes 3rd party hiring and reduces agency costs through direct recruiting.
    • Manages vendor/agency relationships.
  • Interviewing
    • Counsels hiring managers by sharing best practices for hiring decisions with them.
    • Facilitates the interview process by scheduling interviews and soliciting feedback.
    • Coaches hiring managers on hiring decisions, advancing applicant diversity and hiring for ECI 1st.
  • Onboarding
    • Completes or facilitates pre-employment processes including reference checks and background investigations.
    • Facilitate new hire onboarding processes.
    • Follows up with new hires post-start to gather feedback on recruiting and onboarding experience.
  • Projects and Process Improvement
    • Participates in team and department-driven projects and initiatives.
    • Continually identifies ways to improve and streamline processes.
    • Researches and recommends new tools.
    • Works with Recruitment Director and HR Business Partners on rehire issues and internal hires.
Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Knowledge of employment laws.
  • Professional, ambitious, energetic, outgoing, confident, hungry, tenacious, and persistent.
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish positive working relationships with hiring managers, executives, and candidates.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques including internet/database sourcing, social media (i.e. LinkedIn) recruiting, etc.
  • Proficient in MS office products and use of applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Possesses good judgment.
  • Capable of multitasking in a high pace environment, effectively and efficiently.
