RECRUITER

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, source, and evaluate top-tier technical talent. This role involves building a robust candidate pipeline, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Build a pipeline of top technical talent for current and future needs.
  
• Screening & Evaluation:
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Use behavioral and technical questions to assess candidates knowledge of specific technologies, languages, and frameworks.
  
• Relationship Management:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build tailored job descriptions.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular communication with potential future hires.
  
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing insights into the company culture and growth opportunities.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, job fairs, and community events to build brand awareness.
  
• Data Tracking & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment activity.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements, including software development, data science, and IT.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously with high attention to detail.
