The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, source, and evaluate top-tier technical talent. This role involves building a robust candidate pipeline, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build a pipeline of top technical talent for current and future needs.
- Screening & Evaluation:
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Use behavioral and technical questions to assess candidates knowledge of specific technologies, languages, and frameworks.
- Relationship Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build tailored job descriptions.
- Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular communication with potential future hires.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing insights into the company culture and growth opportunities.
- Attend and participate in industry conferences, job fairs, and community events to build brand awareness.
- Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment activity.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements, including software development, data science, and IT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Work setup preferred: Office
- Working Hours: Dubai Time Zone, must be amenable to shifting schedule.
